Instead of going entirely to the state, part of your company's tax can help people who have been through cancer or live with alopecia — free reconstruction of eyebrows, areola and scar camouflage. See in 10 seconds how much you can direct.
Since 2024, micro-companies can no longer deduct sponsorships from the micro-company income tax (OUG 115/2023). This does not mean you cannot help — you can sponsor or donate anytime, as an Ambassador company, and we promote you and thank you publicly.
If the company switched to profit tax during the year, the rules under "I pay corporate profit tax" apply to you — change the option above.

The tax benefit is conditioned on filing Form 177 with ANAF; Pay With Smile is registered in the Registry of eligible entities (Decision 01.03.2024) and provides you with the sponsorship contract.
