The paywithsmile.ro website is intended to inform the public about the mission, activities and projects of the Pay With Smile Association and to facilitate voluntary donations by bank transfer. The website does not process online payments; donations are made exclusively by bank transfer to the IBAN displayed on the website.
All texts, images, graphics, logos and design featured on this website belong to the Pay With Smile Association or are used under a legal right. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without the prior written consent of the association is prohibited.
The information presented on this website is for informational purposes only and does not replace the advice or recommendation of the attending physician. The procedures described on the website are carried out exclusively with the consent of each person's attending physician. The Pay With Smile Association is not liable for the consequences of any decisions made solely on the basis of the information published on the website.

Donations to the Pay With Smile Association are voluntary and non-refundable. The association is registered in the Registry of entities eligible for tax deductions, in accordance with the ANAF Decision of 01.03.2024.
Individuals may redirect 3.5% of their annual income tax to the Pay With Smile Association by completing Form 230 or the Single Tax Return, under the fiscal legislation in force.
Proof of registration in the Registry of entities can be provided on request, by contacting the association directly.
Through the Solidarity Shop, the association offers personalised products for sale (t-shirts, stickers, mugs, etc.), as an ancillary economic activity intended exclusively to support its statutory purpose. Orders are placed by email, and the price, availability and delivery conditions are confirmed before each order is finalised; payment is made by bank transfer.
Orders concluded in this way constitute distance contracts. Consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, under the conditions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, with the exceptions provided by law (for example, products personalised at the consumer's request). During 2027, the website will host a charity auction. The specific terms and conditions of this event will be published separately, on the website, on the date the auction opens, and will form an integral part of the documentation for that event.
This document and any dispute arising from the use of the paywithsmile.ro website are governed by the Romanian legislation in force.
The Pay With Smile Association reserves the right to amend this document at any time. Amendments take effect from the date the updated version is published on the website. Continued use of the website after the amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
