Friday, 9 April · Day one
A marathon of free procedures: several workstations, and at each of them — the best artists in the country and in the world, giving a whole day of their craft. With emotional support at every step, and the mirror moment at the end, for each beneficiary.
Saturday, 10 April · Second evening
The evening when we say thank you: awards for Ambassadors, Partners, artists and volunteers, the beneficiaries' stories told with their consent — and the charity auction, where donated items become support for the year ahead.
All year long, the Pay With Smile movement works quietly — in studios, in the Caravan's cities, in discreet conversations. Once a year, we all gather in the same place: those who give, and those we give for.
A day for reconstructions. An evening for gratitude.
For the beneficiaries, it is the day they receive the mirror. For the artists, it is the day their craft means the most. For the Ambassadors and Partners, it is the evening they see, face to face, what their generosity has built.

Enrolment for the day of reconstructions opens in 2026. You can write to us right now — we'll keep you close and come back to you when enrolment begins.
For artists
At the day of reconstructions, the best artists work — from Romania and from all over the world. For any PMU artist, it is a day you don't want to miss: you watch top artists working just steps away from you, you exchange experience with names you usually only follow from afar, and you become part of a moment that stays in the history of the industry.
Places are limited — the space limits us, not the will. Write to us in good time.
For companies
At the day of reconstructions, it isn't one artist working at a time — several workstations run in parallel, each with a bed, an artist and their materials. Your company can "adopt" a station: you cover its materials, and the station carries your name all day long — the table supported by your company.
For the Gala there are dedicated support packages, with matching visibility. All with a tax deduction.
For anyone
The most direct way to give: you cover the cost of a reconstruction, and someone receives, for free, exactly the procedure they need. You pay once — she recognizes herself in the mirror every single day.
Scar and vitiligo camouflage is set according to the size of the area to be covered.
For those who can do more
Some companies and some people can — and want to — do more: to fund several reconstructions, a whole day of procedures or a complete program. With them we speak directly and discreetly, and together we shape the way their support matters most.
For anyone
A collector's wine, a one-of-a-kind piece, an experience, a service — donated items go to the auction right here, on the site: anyone can win them, anytime, and every amount becomes support for reconstructions. And the most special pieces are auctioned live, on the evening of the Gala.
