Kindness hits the road.

The Caravan travels across the country to say something too few people know: reconstruction through dermopigmentation exists, it is for anyone who has been through illness — and with us, it is free.

Most of the people who would need reconstructive dermopigmentation don't know it exists. And those who do know rarely learn that they can receive it for free. Women after surgery or chemotherapy, men who have been through illness or accidents — people searching for their familiar face, without knowing that someone can help them.

The Caravan is our answer: a journey across the whole country, city by city, so the message reaches the places where it's needed. We show that Pay With Smile is a nationwide movement, we get to know the artists in every city who want to join, and we meet the people we exist for.

And wherever we stop, we work: free reconstructions, made with the same care as at home.

Two tours. No woman left halfway.

Every beneficiary is seen twice — because reconstruction done with care doesn't end at the first meeting.

First tour · August 2026

The reconstructions

The Caravan stops in each city for the main procedures — reconstruction of the breast areola and of the eyebrows, done for free by the association's artists.

Second tour · October 2026

The touch-ups

We return to the same cities for touch-ups and a check — every beneficiary leaves with the complete result, not with a promise.

In every city of the Caravan we hold a meet & greet: come meet us, take a photo with the Pay With Smile branded car and share it. Your message can reach exactly someone who needs it — or an artist who can help.
