The Pay With Smile artists aren't a list — they're a network built with care, from people who have both the craft and the heart for cases like these.
We know many artists will want to be part of the movement and to give — and every hand reached out makes us happy. But there's one honest thing we have to say from the very start:
Cases like these can only be handled by artists with extraordinary skill in PMU.
Skin that has been through treatment doesn't forgive. A woman who has fought for her life deserves a flawless result — not an attempt. That's why we choose our artists with great care: experience, flawless work, proven track record on cases of this kind. It isn't a closed door — it's a high bar. And there's a road that leads to it.

If you haven't been chosen yet, that isn't an end — it's a beginning. Artists who truly want to give can receive support and free courses, so they can grow to the level that cases like these require. The movement doesn't only choose artists — it trains them too.
For volunteers
Are you a psychologist who can sit beside a woman in her most vulnerable moment? Do you do cosmetics, laser tattoo removal or something else entirely — and want to help? The movement needs many hands and many hearts, not just the ones that pigment: at the Caravan, at the event, beside the women we help. Write to us about what you can do and we'll find your place.
