The story behind the project
For more than 20 years, our work has been dedicated to rebuilding eyebrows and giving back confidence to people who, for many reasons, lost a part of their identity.
In all these years we have met thousands of stories: people who went through illness, through difficult treatments, through accidents — changes that touched not only their face, but also the way they see themselves.
For many, eyebrows meant far more than an aesthetic detail. They meant the courage to step out into the world again, to look in the mirror and recognize themselves.
But in recent years we have come to understand that there are wounds even less visible. Wounds people rarely speak about. Wounds no one can see.
We have met women who survived breast cancer, went through difficult surgeries, and won the most important battle of all: the battle for life. And yet, after the treatments ended, after family and friends breathed a sigh of relief, they still looked in the mirror with pain.
Because there are things you should never have to explain to anyone.
You can explain why you want eyebrows. You can explain why you want to look better or feel more confident. But how do you explain the need to feel whole again? How do you explain the wish to recognize yourself when you look in the mirror? How do you explain the need to regain your femininity, your identity, your confidence?
The truth is, you shouldn't have to explain.
Pay With Smile was born from the belief that every person deserves to feel whole, dignified and beautiful — no matter what they have been through.
Because sometimes reconstruction is not only about restoring a feature.

What we offer — free, always
After mastectomy
Recreating the areola through paramedical dermopigmentation — the step that completes the reconstruction and brings you back to yourself. We work only on fully healed skin, with your doctor's approval.
After chemotherapy or alopecia
Your gaze regains its frame. Microblading and micropigmentation for lost eyebrows — for women and for men.
After surgery or accidents
Paramedical micropigmentation for the scars that remind you every day of what was — so that only what comes next remains.
